Who we are
Curb Limited operates curb.nz. Curb is an introducer: it is not the credit provider and does not approve facilities. Privacy questions: sales@curb.nz.
What this website collects today
- The Apply Finance only path uses a Netlify form named apply-finance-only. It collects name, phone, and email. We use that payload to reply and to send a financing partner onboarding link, typically via sales@curb.nz. There is no marketing opt-in on that form.
- The Apply Full works path uses a Netlify form named apply-full-works. It collects first name, email, phone, property suburb, preferred contact (email or phone), renovation scope (and an Other note if used), optional meth-testing / pre healthy homes report flags, and timing. We use that payload to reply about the enquiry, typically via sales@curb.nz. There is no marketing opt-in on that form.
- The eligibility calculator runs in your browser. Property value, mortgage, and renovation figures you enter there are not submitted to Curb.
- If you email sales@curb.nz, we will receive whatever you include in that message (for example your name, address, and property details) in order to reply.
- The site may be served via hosting and content-delivery logs (for example IP address, user agent, and requested URL) as part of operating the website. No analytics or advertising tracking has been added in this preview.
How we use email and Apply details
If you contact Curb by email or submit an Apply form (Finance only or Full works), we use that information to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to send a financing partner onboarding link or consider an introduction to a financing partner. Curb does not approve facilities. We do not sell your details. Broader uses, retention periods, overseas storage, and your Privacy Act rights (access, correction, and complaint) will be set out in a counsel-approved policy before production publish.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to, or correction of, personal information Curb Limited holds about you. Start with sales@curb.nz. You may also complain to the Privacy Commissioner. This summary is not a substitute for a complete privacy policy.
