Who we are
The website is operated by Curb Limited (“Curb”). Public copy: renovate now — pay $0 upfront until settlement, for homes or investments. That line is an indication only and subject to financing partner approval. Contact: sales@curb.nz.
Introducer, not credit provider
Curb Limited introduces customers to a financing partner. Curb is not the credit provider and does not approve facilities. The financing partner alone decides whether to approve or decline any facility, at that partner’s discretion. Curb is an independent contractor and is not the financing partner’s agent. Where Curb helps with an application, it does so for the customer. Renovation coordination, if offered, is a separate service and is not a commitment of credit.
What this website is (and is not)
- Information on this site is general and illustrative. It is not an offer of credit, financial advice, or a commitment to fund any property.
- The eligibility calculator is an indication only. Combined LVR is shown as (existing mortgage + renovation facility) ÷ property value, with a marketed cap of 85%. Over 70% LVR, the calculator flags that at least interest-only repayments apply. A result of “Eligible” or “Interest only” does not mean approval.
- Figures such as “illustrative extra at settlement” use renovation scope × 1.5 for illustration. They are not a promised sale price, profit, or settlement outcome.
- Any facility is documented by the financing partner, not by Curb as lender. Where agreed, a caveat may secure the facility against the existing property — only enforced if necessary.
